Hi, I'm Bella! I've been baking for as long as I can remember, first as my grandma's sous chef, and now, more often than not, the other way around. What started as a quarantine passion project turned into something real: a home bakery rooted in Italian family recipes and made with genuine love.

I started Baked by Bells B in my junior year of high school, and its grown and evolved right alongside me. In college, I kept the oven going with BYOB (bring your own bag) bake sales for $5, because some things are just too good to put on pause. These days I bake on the side, keeping the traditions alive one batch at a time. Every order is still made by hand, from scratch, just like my grandma taught me.
